“Highly recommend the place to go for Italian cuisine”

Our friends decided a night out to try another restaurant. We did not plan where to go but heard it thru some other friends. The selections great, the portions large and generous, but best of all the prices is affordable. We definitely be back and highly recommend the place to go for Italian cuisine. Bellisimo. Graci!

“Everything was cooked to perfection & plentiful”

Love It! We had never been to Monticchio’s before, but friends suggested we go there for dinner, and, boy, were we not disappointed. The fresh, warm bread to start was fantastic. The starter salads were fresh & delicious, and the entrees mouth-watering and plentiful. I absolutely love tortellini, but it is next to impossible to find on the menus of most Winnipeg Italian restaurants. Monticchio’s had a baked tortellini and it was fantastic. Our friends had the mussels and I have never seen that many served in a meal. Everything was cooked to perfection & plentiful. The atmosphere is very comfortable and I can hardly wait to go back.

Really good place to eat. The sauce is rich and flavorful and the quality is there. Great food at reasonable prices. Highly recommend the monticchio mussels. It’s a spicy lover’s dream.
